FORT LORAMIE — Traci Mertz and Scott Goubeaux, both of Fort Loramie, have announced their engagement and plans to marry May 28,2016, in the St. Michael Catholic Church in Fort Loramie.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Janina Mertz, and Stephanie and Robert Mertz, all of Troy. She graduated from Troy High School and the Upper Valley Joint Vocational School in Piqua in 1999. She is employed by Studio 109 in Troy as a hair stylist.
Her fiance is the son of Deborah and Kevin Goubeaux, of Fort Loramie. He is a 2001 graduate of Fort Loramie High School and a 2004 graduate of Northwestern Business College in Lima, where he earned an associate’s degree in diesel mechanics. He is vice president of Goubeaux Trucking in Fort Loramie.
