SIDNEY — Melissa St. Myers and Ronald Brown, both of Sidney, have announced their engagement and plans to marry, July 29, 2017, in the Port Jefferson New Life Church.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Viginia Riggs, of Piqua, and the late Addison St. Myers. She graduated from Sidney High School in 1996.

Her fiance is the son of the late Barbara E. and James Brown. He is a 1988 graduate of Jackson Center High School. He is employed by RC Family Wood Products in Oran.
