COLDWATER — Mindy Sue Dotson, of Coldwater, and Alan Thomas Bensman, of New Bemen, have announced their engagement and plans to marry, April 22, 2017, in the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater.

The bride-to-be is the daugher of Joyce Dotson, of Greenville, and the late Mark Dotson. She graduated from Greenville High School in 2002 and from Sinclair Community College in Dayton in 2007 with an Associate of Applied Science in interior design. She is employed by Home Furniture and Mattress in Celina as an interior designer.

Her fiance is the son of Mary and Larry Bensman, of New Bremen. He is a 2002 graduate of New Bremen High School and a 2007 graduate of Wright State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications. He is employed by Securitas at Emerson Climate Technologies in Sidney as a security guard.
