Raise the Roof for the Arts welcomes Coffield, Covault and Zimmerman to the Board of Directors

SIDNEY — Raise the Roof for the Arts has welcomed three new members to the Board of Directors. John Coffield, Julie Covault and Bill Zimmerman Jr. were voted onto the organizations board recently.

Coffield retired from JPMorgan Chase as vice president in March 2015 after a 36-year career. Coffield is a 1974 graduate of Lehman High School and received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University in May 1978.

He has been active in community service in Sidney and Shelby County for more than 35 years. He is the Immediate Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Sidney and also served as Club Secretary for seven years. He is a past president and past treasurer of the Shelby County Association for Retarded Citizens. He currently serves on the Shelby County Board of Developmental Disabilities. He is a Central Committee Member for the Shelby County Republican Party and a member of the Moose Lodge.

Covault is the chief financial officer for Wilson Health. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Bluffton University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Urbana University. She has been with Wilson Memorial for more than 20 years, serving in various leadership positions. She resides in the Versailles area.

Zimmerman is a partner with the law firm of Sell, Hegemann and Zimmerman, Co. LPA, and the chief criminal assistant prosecutor for Shelby County. He is a graduate of Lehman High School, Ball State University and Ohio Northern College of Law. Zimmerman is a member of the Holy Angels School Committee, The Lehman Alumni Association Board, the Sidney Visitors Bureau, an executive director of The 11th Hour Theatre Company, an assistant football Coach at Lehman High School and is the director for the Lehman High School All School Musical. He is a past member of: Holy Angels Parish Council, Gateway Arts Council. Zimmerman and his wife, Tricia, reside in Sidney with their three daughters, Leah, Zoe and Audrey.
