NEW BREMEN — Lock One Community Arts will present “Well-Strung: The Singing String Quartet” in concert, April 2, at 3 p.m., in the James F. Dicke Auditorium at New Bremen High School.

Edmund Bagnell and Chris Marchant on violin, Trevor Wadleigh on viola, and Daniel Shevlin on cello entertain with a set list that includes Mozart and Dvorak along with pop hits by the likes of Adele, Britney Spears and Kelly Clarkson, providing vocals along with their instrumentals. In between, each of the handsome stars offers banter and interaction, which adds to the breezy feel of the act.

As Marchant says, “One of our aims is to blur the line between high and low art.”

With their unique mix of musical offerings, their wit and charm, and their unabashed good looks, “Well-Strung” has been filling auditoriums across the country and beyond.

Tickets cost $30 for adults, $10 for students. They are available at Western Ohio Hardware in Minster, by phone at 567-356-2048 and at the door.
