| Complaint filed against former deputy | A complaint has been filed in Shelby County Common Pleas Court against former Shelby County Sheriff's Deputy Jodi Van Fossen, 21039 Geyer Drive, Wapakoneta, alleging defamation, interference with business relations and intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other allegations. Van Fossen has filed a countersuit against the plaintiffs, Wesley H. Burnside, 7381 State Route 66, Fort Loramie, and Daniel Rodriguez (doing business as the Fault Line Bar & Grill), 523 W.
