Manasvi Zade, 4, of Sidney, daughter of Kiran and Monali Zade, tries to stomp on mice peeking out of holes in a piece of cheese as part of a game being projected onto the floor of the Sidney-Shelby County YMCA Youth Center Tuesday, Feb. 9. The game system is called BEAM. It has been a huge hit with kids at the YMCA. Kids interact with images projected onto the floor from the ceiling. The system detects the movements of the players and the images react. The system has 10 games but more will be added. BEAM is the first of a series of planned upgrades for the youth center.
