The winners of the new wheels were (front to back): Hailey Leugers, 3, of Botkins, Sophia Brunson, 4, of Anna, Jessica York, 14, of Russia, Chase Vondenhuevel, 4, of Sidney, Camden Aselage, 6, of Ft. Loramie, and Benjamin York, 10, of Russia.
