Court Street. Horner opened the doors of The Window Guy & Co. Thursday, March 23. Horner sells a variety of OSU and Ohio themed products including handmade wood art, license plate art, cards, shirts and mugs. Shop hours are Thursday through Saturday 11 a.m. – 7 p.m..
