SIDNEY — The Sidney Planning Commission Monday night endorsed the Franz replat of one lot to create two new lots and discussed the city’s five year comprehensive plan.

The commission recommended Sidney City Council approve the request of Choice One Engineering on behalf of Peter and Gail Frantz for the replat of one lot to create two new lots at the southern terminus of University Drive and west of Doorley Road in the single family and multi-family residence districts.

The commission also reviewed the draft of the comprehensive plan that was presented to council at the workshop session on March 6. No changes were recommended.
