PIQUA — The Piqua Ruso Business Center continues to expand in the rejuvenated former Chevrolet facility at 8620 County Road 25A, Piqua.

The Christian Life Center (CLC) will be occupying 13,800 square feet of the Ruso Business Center that was purchased last year by local entrepreneurs, Thom Baker and his sons, Adam and Mathew Baker.

“The Ruso Business Center has had seven new tenants move into the facility in the last eight months,” said Tim Echemann, of Industrial Property Brokers, who has assisted in brokering the deals in the center. “The Bakers have done just a tremendous job in rehabilitating the business center that continues to attract quality tenants like BobCat, WestCon, SRC Trucking, No Mercy CrossFit, Midwest Maintenance, and Charming Times and Vintage Treasures, along with its latest occupant, CLC.” The Ruso Business Center continues to offer a wide variety of space options including more than 15,000 square feet of warehouse and office space, service facility and build-to-suit opportunities.

Industrial Property Brokers, 213 N. Ohio Ave., Sidney, is marketing the property. For information, visit www.industrialproperty.biz or call 492-4423.
