PIQUA — Edison State Community College recognized outstanding employee performance recently.

Rick Roberts, of Pleasant Hill, associate professor of nursing, and Sharon Thomas, of Troy, college resource specialist, were named Employees of the Semester.

Roberts was selected for his leadership and consistent support to students and others. He has been on the Edison faculty for 10 years.

Thomas was honored for her professional integrity. She has been at Edison for five years.
