Ferguson adds to staff

SIDNEY — Ferguson Construction Co. has announced four new employees.

Cliff Tuttle, of Springfield, will serve as a project estimator in the company’s Dayton office. A graduate of Clark Sate Community College with an Associate of Applied Science and OSHA 500 certified by the University of Cincinnati, Tuttle will estimate projects for the company.

Rich Kern, of Kettering, has been hired as a special projects manager in the Dayton office. He studied architectural drafting and construction management at Sinclair Community College. He will maintain existing customers and generate new customers.

Travis Ballman, of Columbus, Indiana, will serve as a business development representative in Ferguson’s Indiana office. He earned a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering management technology from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis. His responsibilities will include prospecting for and developing new clients and opportunites in central and southern Indiana.

Matt Bensman, of Sidney, has been hired as a project estimator for the corporate office in Sidney. He studied construction systems management at the Ohio State University.
