• Nathan D. Blackford, 31, 816 St. Marys Ave., Apt. G., no operator’s license, expired, $150 fine, $244 costs, five days in jail. The jail sentence will be reconsidered if the fine and court costs are paid in full by Aug. 9, 2016.

• Lonnie J. Gambrell, 40, 822 E. Ohio Ave., was ordered to pay court costs of $111 on a charge of driving under suspension – financial responsibility charge and $111 bond on an operating a vehicle with plates from a former owner.
• William R. Reynolds Jr., 32, 222 Washington St., right of way/private driveway/alley, $26 fine, $111 costs.
• Wesley A. Herrick, 45, 9275 Pasco Montra Road, littering, $100 fine, $105 court costs.
• James G. Parker, 44, 14383 Runor Drive, contempt, dismissed.
• Travis R. Hicks, 33, 12611 State Route 362, Minster, driving under the influence-alcohol, drugs, first offense, $375 fine, $97 costs, license suspended Jan. 10 to July 8, 2016.
• Robert W. Tillman, 18, 14350 State Route 119, Anna, driving under the influence-breath, first offense, $375 fine, $103 costs, license suspended Feb. 7 to Aug. 6, 2016. Two other charges were dismissed — DUI-urine and OMVUAC – blood. He was fined $10 court costs for a driving in marked lanes charge.
