-10:33 a.m.: theft. Deputies responded to the 9700 block of Stangel Road on the report of a stolen bank card number.

-9:29 a.m.: property damage accident. A deputy was flagged down at Colonial Drive and Fairmont Drive for a property damage accident.

-7:01 a.m.: property damage accident. Deputies responded to the 3000 block of state Route 29 for an accident.

-5:41 a.m.: property damage accident. Deputies responded to Dawson Road at state Route 47 for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries.

-4:15 a.m.: accident. Deputies responded to the 2000 block of state Route 47 on the report of a one vehicle accident.

MONDAY

-4:05 p.m.: property damage accident. Deputies responded to Meranda Road at Sidney-Freyburg Road for a two-vehicle accident.

-12:56 p.m.: theft. Deputies responded to the 15000 block of Meranda Road on the report of fraudulent charges on credit cards.

-10:22 p.m.: theft. Deputies responded to the 6000 block of Tawawa-Maplewood Road on the report of money being stolen out of a vehicle and everything in the car scattered around.

SUNDAY

-3:40 p.m.: juvenile complaint. Deputies and Houston Fire Department responded to the 4000 block of Stoker Road on the report of missing children.

MONDAY

-4:18 p.m.: accident. Botkins Police responded to the 16000 block of County Road 25A on the report of a semi striking a village sign.

Accidents

No citations were issued following a two-vehicle accident Friday at 9:57 p.m.

According to the report, Robert J. Winemiller, 35, 4433 Hardin Wapakoneta Road, Sidney, was traveling west on East Michigan Street/state Route 47. Rachel Bernice Lamarr, 17, Piqua, was leaving the drive-thru and turned to go east on East Michigan Street and failed to see Winemiller’s vehicle.

Both vehicles sustained disabling damage.

• No citations were issued following a two-vehicle accident Friday at 4:07 p.m.

Heather Michele Cox, 24, 214 E. Main St., Port Jefferson, was traveling west on West Main Street in the village of Port Jefferson. Karen J. Reinke, 54, 11660 County Road 25A, Sidney. was traveling south on Elm Street and came to the intersection of Elm and Main streets. Reinke stopped at the stop sign and then continued to turn left onto Main Street.

Reinke didn’t see Cox’s and struck the vehicle causing minor damage to both vehicles.

• Charles Kemp, 28, 321 W. Poplar St., was cited for driving while under the influence after an accident Thursday at 3:56 p.m.

Joyce Hughes, 52, 21693 Herring Road, Maplewood, was traveling westbound on state Route 47, slowing to turn left into a private drive. Kemp was also westbound traveling behind Hughes. As Hughes was turning, Kemp tried to pass her on the left causing them to collide.

Hughes was transported to Wilson Hospital by Perry-Port-Salem Rescue with non-incapacitating injuries. Megan Perry, 26, 321 W. Poplar St., a passenger in Kemp’s vehicle, was also transported to Wilson Hospital by Sidney EMS with non-incapacitating injuries.

Ohio State Highway Patrol

Ty Latimer, 31, of Sidney, was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control after a one-vehicle accident on Saturday at about 9:30 p.m.

Latimer was traveling northbound on Interstate 75 near the Fair Road exit when he lost control and veered off the right side, through a ditch and onto the northbound entrance ramp. Latimer and the three other passengers were all transported to Wilson Hospital, with the extent of the injuries unknown by the highway patrol. Latimer was transferred to Miami Valley Hospital shortly after.

The highway patrol said alcohol was not a factor in the crash. The vehicle involved was a 2002 Ford Explorer.

-9:15 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Botkins Police responded to the 200 block of Main Street.

-8:15 a.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue and Police responded to the 12000 block of Luthman Road.

TUESDAY

-9:49 p.m.: medical. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue and deputies responded to the 5000 block of Frazier-Guy Road.

-7:48 a.m.: fire. Port Jefferson Fire Department responded to Fort Loramie-Swanders Road at Wones Road for an unknown type of fire.

-7:45 a.m.: accident with injuries. Houston Rescue and Fire Department and Deputies responded to the 4000 block of Dawson Road for a one vehicle accident with injuries.

-7:08 a.m.: accident with injuries. Anna Rescue, Sidney Fire Department and Deputies responded to West Mason Road at state Route 29 for an accident with injuries.

-12:48 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Jackson Center Police responded to the 500 block of Davis Street.
