In Sidney Municipal Court Tuesday, assigned Judge John L. Ross fined Steven Lloyd, 33, 5156 Frazier-Guy Road, $1,000 and $108 costs for drug abuse. The judge suspended $850 of the fine. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

• Shelburn L. Cook, 58, 818 E. Court St., speeding, $30 fine and $105 costs.
• Kylee M. Lavey, 23, 1244 Spruce Ave., assured clear distance, $25 fine and $105 costs.
• James Agner, 30, 136 Robinwood St., drug abuse, dismissed.
• Jesse J. Yates, 24, 326 Maple St., theft, possessing criminal tools, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, dismissed.
• Charles D. Cox, 29, 8413 Fort Loramie-Swanders Road, Anna, violating temporary protection order, dismissed.
In Municipal Court Monday, Ross fined Kristi M. Clark, 45, 952 Port Jefferson Road, Apt. 1, $375 and $97 costs, suspended her driver’s license six months, and sentenced her to eight days in jail for driving under the influence. Five days were suspended. Charges of driving in marked lanes and a seat belt violation were dismissed.
