FRIDAY

-4:49 a.m.: contempt. Jeremie Curl, 41, 118 W. Edgewood St., was arrested on a warrant then transported to jail.

THURSDAY

-5:57 p.m.: theft. Ashley Lynch, 25, 632 Folkerth Ave., Apt. 30, reported the theft of her wallet containing gift cards, credit cards and other personal items that was stolen while at work at Walmart on Michigan Street.

-4:22 p.m.: found property. A black air-soft gun was reported found in the river near the 900 block of South Main Avenue.

-2:57 p.m.: probation violation. Shawn Sayre, 24, 1563 E. Court St., Apt. C, was arrested on for a probation violation then transported to jail.

-9:14 a.m.: probation violation. Thomas Ganger, 40, 405 Poplar St., was arrested on a warrant then transported to jail.

-8:56 a.m.: found property. Two abandoned billfolds belonging to Denae Perkins, 36, 905 McKinley Ave., were turned into the police department for safe keeping.

Accidents

Brandi Young, 34, 317 Shelby St., was cited with operation at stop sign on Wednesday at 11:57 a.m.

Young was stopped at a stop sign facing eastbound on Grove Street at Wilson Avenue when she was waved to pull out by an unknown driver of a northbound vehicle on Wilson and as she attempted to turn northbound she hit another vehicle traveling southbound on Wilson Avenue.

The driver of the southbound vehicle was Katheryn Harrod, 18, 610 Lynn St.

FRIDAY

-12:17 to 5:42 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls.

THURSDAY

-11:06 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to mile-marker 86 on I-75 on the report of a car smoking. The call was cancelled enroute.

-8:21 a.m. to 10:09 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls.
