In Sidney Municipal Court June 24, 2016, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Warren Powers, 26, 314 N. West Ave., $200 for criminal trespass. He was also ordered to complete probation, evaluation, and pay $113 in costs. He was given eight days in jail, but with eight days credit.

• Jimmy Walling, 32, 2360 Wapakoneta Ave., DUI .17 breath second offense, DUI alcohol drugs second offense, DUS/restrictions, all dismissed.

• James Gesell, 24, 124 Mound St., DUS-FRA suspension, dismissed, $111 costs, license intervention program successful.

• Gary Yinger, 69, 14333 Woodlawn Drive, stopping for school bus, $75 fine, $50 suspended, $117 costs.

• Michael Foster, 47, 500 N. Vandemark Road, Apt. 78, no operators license, $25 fine, $111 costs.

• Chad Small, 43, 21444 Maplewood Road, seat belt, $30 fine, $89 costs.

• Lisa Hughes, 51, 204 Broad St., Port Jefferson, assured clear distance, $25 fine, $111 costs.

• John Bowers, 27, 1177 Cinnamon Rodge, seat belt, $30 fine, $86 costs.

In Sidney Municipal Court June 22, 2016, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Phillip Leonard, 40, 5927 State Route 29 E, $250 for aggravated menacing. He was also ordered to serve 20 days in jail, probation, evaluation, $100 in costs, and $67 in bonds. For a charge of inducing panic he was fined $250 fine, given 10 days in jail, probation and evaluation. An assault charge and an obstructing official business was dismissed.

• Robert Kiser, 38, 2400 Wapakoneta Ave., Lot 24, disorderly conduct amended from violating TPO/consent agreement, $75 fine, $132 costs.

• Jordan Shoe, 19, 1129 Hilltop Ave., Apt. A, attempted assault amended from assault, $250 fine, $138 costs, 10 days in jail, probation, Thinking for A Change Program.

• Debrah Lamb, 29, 422 Riverside Drive, falsification, $250 fine, $147 costs, 10 days in jail, probation.

• Shylynn Rickels, 18, 1191 W. Russell Road, attempted theft amended from theft, $150 fine, $138 costs, probation, restitution.

• Paul Adkins, 50, 224 S. Brooklyn Ave., DUS/restrictions amended from no operators license, dismissed, $111 costs, $111 bonds license intervention program successful.

• Phyllis Jones, 75, 517 Campbell Road, obedience to traffic control device, $25 fine, $111 costs.

Two cases were bound over to common pleas:

• Donald Crawford, possession of criminal tools, preliminary hearing set for July 1.

• Richard Hensley, illegal cultivation of drugs and illegal assembly or possession, preliminary hearing set for July 1, at 10:30 a.m.
