TUESDAY

-8:50 p.m.: assault. Austin Sharp, 39, Anna, reported he was assaulted along with Jennie Sharp, 39, of Anna, and Crystal Land, 37, at large, while they were at Custenborder Park on Riverside Drive.

-2:55 p.m.: theft. Jeffrey Shellhammer, 43, West Milton, reported the theft of his wallet containing $30, a credit card and other personal documents and fraudulent use of his credit card between June 26 and June 28.

-8:39 a.m.: failure to pay city taxes. Loretta Stotler, 49, 424 Wilson Ave., was arrested and served a summons and advised of her court date and time.

MONDAY

-9:27 p.m.: assault. Zaylee Reed, 19, 619 St. Marys Ave., reported the assault of Natasha Baker, 22, 619 St. Marys Ave., resulting in minor injuries at Marathon Gas on Fair Road.

SUNDAY

-8:03 p.m.: theft. Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of merchandise valued at $358.60.

Accidents

Gregg Cable, 55, 726 Wapakoneta Ave., was cited with operation at stop signs after an accident on at Tuesday at 5:14 p.m.

Cable was headed westbound on West North Street at Highland Avenue when he hit another vehicle traveling northbound on Highland Avenue at West North Street. A witness said Cable slowed a little at the intersection, failed to yield, and then proceeded through it and that the other vehicle had the right of way after stopping at the stop sign at Highland Avenue.

The driver of the other vehicle was Mark Barger, 44, 10444 W. Mason Road. Barger said his left leg and shin were injured.

• Victoria Carey, 49, Pemberton, was cited with starting and backing after an accident on Monday at 12:51 p.m.

Carey was stopped in traffic facing northbound on South West Avenue at state Route 46 and was too far out into the intersection so she backed up and hit the vehicle behind her also stopped at the light.

The driver of the other vehicle was William Roark, 46, 537 South St.

• No one was cited after an accident on Sunday at 1:08 p.m.

Deven Cowan, 17, 930 Evergreen Drive, was riding his mountain bike traveling eastbound on the sidewalk in 1500 block of Michigan Street when he ran into the side of a vehicle traveling southbound and attempting to turn west from a driveway access of Michigan Street.

The driver of the vehicle was Clara Keister, 72, Versailles.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-1:48 to 10:36 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls.

TUESDAY

-8:07 p.m.: fire. Crews were dispatched for an odor investigation.

-4:52 p.m.: medical. Medics responded on the report of an auto accident.

-2:29 to 11:57 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 10 calls.
