MONDAY

-4:27 p.m.: warrant. Crystal Marlow, 39, 343 Wilson Ave., was arrested on a warrant out of Miami County.

-4:08 p.m.: theft. Curtis Taylor, 23, 217 E. North St., reported someone took two costumes from his porch.

-3:48 p.m.: theft. Cassandra Dawson, 28, 742 Foraker Ave., reported the theft of her mountain bike from her work at Kroger on Michigan Street.

-9:08 a.m.: theft. Joshua Thomas, 27, 2649 Terry Hawk Drive, reported the theft of a tire from his residence.

SUNDAY

-9:07 p.m.: theft. Elizabeth Ceyler, 24, 402 N. Miami Ave., Apt. C, reported someone took a Radio Flyer wagon from her yard.

-6:39 p.m.: criminal damaging. Eugene Goings, 38, 521 N. Wagner Ave., was arrested for criminal damaging and Cameron Wilkins, 22, 3333 South County Road 25A, was arrested on a warrant out of Champaign County after the police were dispatched to 527 N. Wagner Ave. on a report of someone kicking in a door of the residence.

-4:32 p.m.: burglary. Lillian Shoe, 56, 338 Linden Ave., reported someone broke into her home while she was gone and took a 50-inch Vizio smart TV.

SATURDAY

-9:06 a.m.: criminal damaging. Keya Lee, 24, 519 Park St., reported damage to the vehicles of she and Crystal Smith, 22, 221 Forest St. The windshields were shattered, tires were damaged and paint was scratched.

FRIDAY

-9:12 p.m.: theft. Rosemarie Hensley, 36, 981 Buckeye Ave., reported the theft of an assortment of children’s clothing.

-6:41 p.m.: prohibited standing or parking places. Connie Sharpe III, 49, 1120 Jon Ave., was served a summons for prohibited standing or parking places.

-5:34 p.m.: having weapons while under disability — under indictment. Neil Cromes, 34, at large, was arrested for having weapons under disability.

-3:59 p.m.: theft. Ida Foster, 53, 402 N. Walnut Ave., reported the theft of her purse containing prescription drugs, a cellphone, $5 and other personal items.

-9:03 a.m.: theft. Cashland on Michigan Street reported the theft of a pair of Oakley sunglasses from the business.

Accidents

Douglas Richards, 49, 745 Grandview Drive, was cited with overtaking passing to left after a car crash on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.

Richards was westbound in front of Kroger on Michigan Street when he sideswiped the vehicle he attempted to improperly pass in front of him. Richards left the scene but when he later spoke to the police, he said he heard a ladder fall over inside of his van and had thought that was the noise he heard. Richards said when he pulled over to check on the ladder, he noticed a dent and pink lines down the passenger side of his van. He admitted he was at fault.

The driver of the other vehicle was Amy Ahrens, 45, of Versailles.

• Jennifer Fergus, 27, 835 E. Court St., was cited with failure to control and leaving the scene of an accident after a car crash on Saturday at 2:43 a.m.

Fergus was traveling eastbound on East Court Street when she failed to maintain control and hit the parked vehicle belonging to John Logan, 219 ½ E. Court St. Debris from Logan’s vehicle then struck another parked vehicle belonging to Jamie Bowman, 2599 state Route 29 North.

Fergus continued on eastbound until she was stopped by the police and was charged with driving under the influence.

• Paul Shannon, 75, 632 Spyglass Court, was cited with starting and backing after a collision on Friday at 12:32 p.m.

Shannon was attempting to back out of his driveway when he hit another vehicle parked in front of his residence that was partially blocking the drive.

The owner of the parked vehicle is Elaina Andrews, 829 S. Miami Ave.

• Charles Herring, 65, 804 ½ S. Walnut St. was cited with assured and clear distance ahead after a collision on Friday at 8:57 a.m.

Herring was traveling eastbound on East Court Street when he hit the rear of the vehicle stopped in front of him at the red light at the intersection of East Court Street and Main Avenue.

The driver of the other vehicle was Luddie Cagle, 41, 4570 Hardin Wapakoneta Road.

TUESDAY

-5:22 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

MONDAY

-1:14 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to the 600 block of North Ohio Avenue on the report of a car crash.

-1:19 a.m. to 7:27 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.

SUNDAY

-7:58 a.m. to 7:44 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to nine calls.
