In Sidney Municipal Court Aug. 24, 2016, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Heather Herring, 30, 21915 Wise Road, Jackson Center, $375 for DUI alcohol drugs first offense. She was also ordered to pay $132 in costs, and her license was suspended for a period of six months. A charge of DUS/restrictions was dismissed, along with a seat belt charge.

In Sidney Municipal Court Aug. 22, 2016, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Brandon Lemaster, 29, 1221 Riverbend Blvd., $375 for DUI alcohol drugs first offense. He was also ordered to spend five days in jail, pay $103 in costs, complete probation and the Shelby County Intervention Program. His license will also be suspended for six months. A count of DUI breath first offense was dismissed. For driving on the right side of roadway he was fined $25 with $10 costs.
