THURSDAY

-3:13 a.m.: failure to comply with order of police officer. Joshua Bell, 22, 229 Sandpiper Drive, was arrested after a pursuit for failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

WEDNESDAY

-11:41 p.m.: warrant. Scott Toler, 45, 628 Buckeye Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant through Clermont County Sheriff’s Office and then was taken to the Shelby County Jail.

-2:42 p.m.: theft. Kathy Murray, 42, Covington, reported someone took the pioneer car stereo out of her unlocked vehicle at work at Ross Aluminum Castings on Oak Ave.

-12:45 p.m.: theft. Sean Knight, 27, Piqua, reported someone her knows stole his wallet containing $80, a debit card his social security card.

-11:44 a.m.: criminal mischief. Rhonda McDermit, 49, 1118 Colonial Drive, reported someone threw eggs at her husband’s vehicle which was parked on the street at their residence.

-11:39 a.m: theft. Kristi Frick, 35, 838 Fielding Road, reported someone added additional phone lines to her Verizon cell phone plan between July 9 and Aug. 24.

TUESDAY

-1:52 p.m.: theft. James Daniel, 76, 412 S. Ohio Ave., reported someone he knows took a statue from his garden.

Accidents

Lindsey Tillman, 23, 304 Monroe St., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a collision on Wednesday at 3:15 p.m.

Tillman was traveling eastbound on Campbell Road when she struck the rear of the vehicle stopped in traffic in front of her waiting to turn right into the drive of Emerson Elementary on Campbell Road.

The driver of the other vehicle was Luddie Cagle, 41, 4570 Hardin Wapakoneta Road.

• Cody Decker, 27, at large, was cited with failure to control after a crash on Thursday, Aug. 18, at 2 p.m.

Decker was traveling northbound on Interstate 75 when he went off the east side of the roadway into a ditch and then struck a fence.

Fire, rescue

THURSDAY

-12:13 a.m.: assist. Firefighters assisted the police department on a welfare check.

WEDNESDAY

-11:12 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to a possible structure fire. No problem was found.

-11:02 to 11:22 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to three fire calls.

-1:37 to 11:51 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.
