THURSDAY

-5:08 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 17537 Sharp Road in Salem Township on the report of a possible scam.

-4:24 p.m.: property damage accident. Deputies were dispatched to Johnston Road and state Route 29 in Perry Township on the report of a collision.

FRIDAY

-5:57 a.m.: stolen vehicle. Fort Loramie Police were dispatched to 16 Elm St. on the report of a stolen vehicle.

Accidents

No one was cited following a collision on Thursday at 9:56 p.m.

Derek Roediger, 27, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on Mason Road and as he came over a hill he struck the rear of a vehicle that had run out of gas and was pulled over on the side of the road.

The owner of the other vehicle is Lindsey Tillman, of Sidney.

• No one was cited following a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday at 3:41 p.m.

Donald Eilerman, 65, of Fort Loramie, was traveling eastbound on Cardo Road and Michelle Miller-Elliott, 45, of Versailles, was traveling westbound on Cardo Road and when the two met at the crest of a hill on the road they struck mirrors.

Eilerman told Deputies he believes he is the one who went left of center because he was distracted by several vehicles parked in a driveway and did not see Miller-Elliott’s vehicle coming toward him.

• Jerry Morrison, 29, of Huber Heights, was cited with traffic control device after a collision on Tuesday at 11:33 a.m.

Morrison was traveling southbound on Dawson Road and scraped the railroad overpass as he attempted to go under it causing damage to the overpass.

• Rebekah Ramey, 18, of Rossburg, was cited with failure to control after a collision on Monday at 1:04 p.m.

Ramey was traveling southbound on state Route 66 when she became distracted by a phone in the vehicle and went off the road slightly to the right. She then over-corrected, and then swerved to the right again and into a ditch at an angle causing the vehicle to overturn twice before coming to a rest upside-down facing the opposite direction in the ditch.

• Jonathon Hereford, 19, of Houston, was cited with assured clear distance ahead following a two vehicle collision on Monday at 12:24 a.m.

Hereford was traveling northbound on state Route 66 when he was unable to stop in time and rear-ended a vehicle stopped in the roadway.

The driver of the other vehicle was Scott Myers, 38, of Houston.

Fire, rescue

FRIDAY

-3:35 a.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue and Port Jefferson Fire Department responded to the 17000 block of state Route 47 in Salem Township.

THURSDAY

-9:47 p.m.: medical. Houston Rescue and Deputies responded to the 6000 block of Smith Road in Loramie Township.

-7:33 p.m.: fire. Port Jefferson Fire Department responded to 5061 State Route 29 in Perry Township on the report of a possible illegal burn.

-6:06 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue responded to Auglaize County for mutual aid.

-5:59 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Van Buren Fire Department responded to the 12000 block of Hardin Wapakoneta Road in Van Buren Township.

-5:59 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue, Botkins Fire Department and Police and CareFlight responded to the 100 block of Dinsmore Street in Dinsmore Township.
