TUESDAY

-7:43 p.m.: theft. Shoe Sensation on Michigan Street reported the theft of a pair of Fergalicious boots valued at $50.

-5:34 p.m.: telephone harassment. Amber Kruger, 25, 311 ½ Maple St., reported telephone harassment.

-5:35 p.m.: theft. Errick Moorehead, 44, 2627 Terry Hawk Drive, reported the theft of his Ohio temporary tag from his vehicle.

-4:13 p.m.: breaking and entering. Conway Freight Trucking on Campbell Road reported someone entered the property and took two Mercury Marine outboard motors valued at $10,600.

-1:25 p.m.: identity theft. William Spradlin, 22, 210 Charles Ave., reported theft identity resulting in the theft of $286.50.

-7:04 a.m.: burglary. Teena Blizzard, 42, 995 Buckeye Ave., reported a burglary and damage to a window of her residence.

MONDAY

-5:19 p.m.: found property. In a flower bed near the intersection of Parkwood Street and Jennie Way a tape measure, can of chewing tobacco, two Master Locks and bottle of various pills were found and turned into the police department.

Crashes

Cameron Shaffer, 16, 8262 Lochard Road was cited with right of way turning left after a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday at 7:11 p.m.

Shaffer was traveling northbound in the turn lane on Fourth Avenue at Michigan Street and as he attempted to turn left he struck another vehicle traveling southbound on Fourth Avenue in the intersection at Michigan Street.

The driver of the other vehicle was Mohamed Traore, 43, of Dayton. Traore told police he had some pain in his left arm, but refused medical attention but said he would take himself for medical care, if needed.

• Mason Brown, 20, 106 Wilkinson Drive, was cited with improper lane change after a collision on Monday at 8:07 p.m.

Brown was traveling westbound on West Court Street on a bicycle that had no breaks. He told police because he could not slow down he went left of center and rode in front of the vehicle driven by Xavier Wise, 17, 417 N. Ohio Ave. Wise was unable to slow down in time, struck Brown and knocked him off his bike. Sidney Fire transported Brown to Wilson Health for an ankle injury.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-8:14 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to a fire alarm.

-1:54 to 10:37 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.

-1:39 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to 2986 Lisa Drive on the report of a possible gas leak. No problem was found.

TUESDAY

-6:59 p.m.: assist. Firefighters were dispatched to Buckeye Avenue to assist the police department.

-10:30 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to the report of an automobile crash.

-8:49 a.m. to 1:58 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.
