THURSDAY

-4:36 a.m.: disorderly conduct. Kindal Spradlin, 21, 620 Arrowhead Drive, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

-2:37 a.m. found property. A Kyocera cellphone owned by James Burdect, 839 S. Ohio Ave., was found at The Wash House on East Court Street and was turned into the police department.

-12:47 a.m.: aggravated robbery. Police are investigating the report of a robbery at gun point made by Fuel Stop on West Court Street of the theft of $300.

WEDNESDAY

-7:24 p.m.: burglary. Wesley Conaster, 26, 505 N. Main Ave., reported someone entered his residence and took a PlayStation 4 game console and two PlayStation controllers.

-8:40 a.m.: contempt. Alysia Dumke, 26, 3633 S. Kuther Road, was arrested for contempt.

-8:27 a.m.: contempt. Jeffery Miller, 35, of Bellefontaine, was arrested for contempt.

Crashes

Winston New, 68, 2853 Summerfield Trail, was cited with turning at intersections after a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m.

New was southbound on state Route 29 in the right lane approaching Washington Street when he attempted to make a left hand turn onto Washington Street and struck another vehicle also traveling southbound in the left lane on state Route 29.

The other vehicle was driven by Barbara Counts, 78, of Botkins.

• Cameron Schutte, 16, of Versailles, was cited for starting and backing vehicles after a crash on Tuesday at 7:35 p.m.

Schutte was backing-up traveling eastbound on East Bennett Street when he struck left side of an unoccupied vehicle parked in front of 318 E. Bennett Street.

Schutte then left the scene but was found a short while later and was cited for the accident and for leaving the scene of an accident.

The owner of the other vehicle is Carla Marcus, 318 E. Bennett Street.

• Kathryn Billing, 89, 1367 Sixth Ave., was cited for failure to control after a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday at 3:37

Billing was traveling westbound in the eastbound lane of the 1100 block of West Russell Road when she struck another vehicle traveling eastbound in the eastbound lane at the location. According to the police report, the eastbound vehicle swerved but could not avoid the collision.

The driver of the other vehicle was Angela Price, 52, 650 Green Briar Court.

• James Marlow, 33, of Tipp City, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 9:52 a.m.

Marlow was traveling northbound in the left turn lane onto Interstate 75 north exit ramp at state route 47 when he struck the vehicle stopped at the light in front of him.

The other vehicle was driven by Billie Skeens, 27, of Piqua.

Fire, rescue

THURSDAY

-9:58 to 11:26 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to three automobile crashes.

-10:13 to 11:17 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls.

-9:18 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to 2490 Ross St. on the report of a machine on fire. Fire was out on dispatch, but firefighters went to confirm.

WEDNESDAY

-3:12 to 9:39 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.

-2:45 p.m.: fire. Firefighters responded a fire alarm.
