-10:06 p.m.: domestic violence. Christy Page, 31, 220 E. Clay St., was arrested for domestic violence.

-5:21 p.m.: theft. James McKenzie, 42, 1074 Colonial Drive, reported a $100 bill was taken from his wallet.

-8:01 p.m.: probation violation. Timothy Jackson, 34, at large, was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

-6:52 p.m.: theft. Subway on Michigan Street reported the theft of $50 and a cookie.

-12:34 p.m.: dogs running at large. Geneva Ashcraft, 32, 614 Third Ave., was issued a summons for dogs running at large.

-12:09 p.m.: theft. David Wigginten, 31, 122 Piper St., reported someone removed his prescription of the narcotic Suboxone from his bedroom dresser drawer.

-10:58 a.m.: theft. Lowe’s on Michigan Street reported the theft of five sump pumps and two BWD batteries, for total value loss of $1,654.

-11:02 a.m.: theft. Eric Rost, 37, 524 Spyglass Court, reported a fraud involving the theft of $83.61 from his debit card. The money was recovered later that day.

-6:08 a.m.: theft. Tammie Lykins, 49, 752 Country Side St., reported someone she knows stole two keys from her residence.

SUNDAY

-4 p.m.: theft. Nicholas Wood, 37, 750 Broadway Ave., reported the theft of a black and yellow Stanley toolbox containing various tools, valued at $500, from the residence.

-3:46 p.m.: misuse of a credit card. The Dollar General on West Court Street reported a customer attempted to use a possibly stolen credit card.

-9:35 a.m.: criminal damaging. Brittni Stotler, 25, 646 Marilyn Drive, reported someone she knows damaged the front bumper of her vehicle.

SATURDAY

-11:43 p.m.: breaking and entering. Brandon Ludwig, 27, 1375 W. Russell Road, reported a breaking and entering and the theft of a Snap-On ½-inch impact driver, valued at $750.

-9:08 p.m.: criminal damaging. Mary Leffel, 62, 119 Mound St., reported damage to a window, valued at $200.

-8:15 p.m.: criminal damaging. Ann Sayrich, 49, 319 Michigan St., reported damage of two window panes, at the residence.

-8:13 p.m.: criminal damaging. Siarra Barger, 30, 108 E. Russell Road, reported damage to a window pane, at the residence.

-7:50 p.m.: criminal damaging. Timothy Leach, 61, Wilkinson Ave., reported his fish tank was damaged and that he had been assaulted at the residence.

-6:43 p.m.: driving under the influence. William Murphy, 47, 5880 State Route 29, Lot 50, was cited for OVI, OVI refusal breath with prior DUI, stopping after accident, failure to control after a crash and driving under financial responsibility law suspension.

-4:59 p.m.: unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Tiffany Jacobs, 30, 413 E. Poplar St., reported an unauthorized use of her vehicle.

-4:18 p.m.: warrant. Thomas Block, 45, at large, was arrested on an active warrant out of Miami County.

-7:48 a.m.: theft. Tara Fisher, 39, 117 W. Robinwood St., reported the theft of three wooden posts and a trespassing sign.

-2:34 a.m.: driving under the influence. Kelly Berner, 37, of Anna, was arrested for OVI.

FRIDAY

-10:13 p.m.: probation violation. Bruce Upkins, 50, 123 Oldham Drive, was arrested for a probation violation.

-9:36 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report of the theft of $80 made by Austin Depinet, 20, 216 Washington St.

-4:55 p.m.: theft. Joseph Lucas, 29, 502 S. West Ave., reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle parked in front of his residence and stole a gold Forever Bride ring, valued at $199.

-1:38 p.m.: contempt. Ashley Kline, 31, Piqua, was arrested on a contempt warrant.

-10:24 a.m.: domestic violence. Bradley LeMaster, 27, 349 Enterprise Ave., was arrested for domestic violence.

-10 a.m.: theft. The Spot of Sidney on South Ohio Avenue reported a check was stolen from the business.

-7:59 a.m.: criminal mischief. William Boerger, 39, 545 Bon Air Drive, reported someone egged his house and vehicles.

THURSDAY

-8:04 p.m.: theft. Bill Beaver, 38, 521 N. Wagner Ave., reported a scam and the loss of 750 ITunes cards, valued at $750.

Crashes

Crystal Klosterman, 31, 622 Mohican Court, was arrested for OVI and cited for assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 3:06 p.m.

Klosterman was stopped in traffic at a red light facing the west on state Route 29 and when the light turned green she moved forward and struck the rear of the vehicle driven by Susana Benitez, 37, 2107 Wapakoneta Ave., that was stopped in front of her.

• John Drees, 52, of Fort Loramie, was cited for assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle collision on Monday 2:59 p.m.

Drees was stopped behind another vehicle facing westbound on Campbell Road at a stop sign when he moved forward before the other vehicle advanced and struck it in the rear.

The driver of the vehicle was driven by Kathleen Mann, 67, of DeGraff.

• Isaac Fitzpatrick-Reperogle, 18, 2325 Collins Drive, Apt. H, was cited with right of way when when turning left after a two-vehicle crash on Sunday at 5:50 p.m.

Fitzpatrick-Reperogle was traveling eastbound on East Russell Road and was approaching the intersection of North Main Avenue when he turned left onto North Main Avenue in front of a westbound vehicle on East Russell Road causing it to collide into the passenger’s side of his vehicle.

The other vehicle was driven by Emily Bauer, 33, 861 Port Jefferson Road.

• James Abbott, 73, 724 Riverside Drive, was cited with right of way private drive after a two-vehicle crash on Saturday at 3:44 p.m.

Abbott pulled out of the private drive of Aldi Grocery Store on Michigan Street when he struck the rear passenger’s side of a westbound vehicle on Michigan Street as he was attempting to turn westbound onto Michigan Street. The collision caused the other vehicle driven by Alondra Franco, 18, of Great Bend, Kansas, to go up on the curb and come to a rest facing northbound on the side of the road.

• Jerris Wooten, 64, 1128 Amberst Drive, Apt. B2, was cited with failure to yield after a two-vehicle crash on Saturday at 12:32 p.m.

Wooten pulled out of Kroger’s parking lot and onto to Michigan Street when he failed to see and pulled out in front of the westbound vehicle on Michigan Street driven by Amber Bayless, 27, of Piqua, causing her to strike the rear of Wooten’s vehicle.

• Adama Diomande, 38, 897 Johnston Drive, was cited with left turn one way after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 3:58 p.m.

Diomande was traveling southbound in the far right lane on North Ohio Avenue when he made an eastbound turn onto Washington Street and caused the southbound vehicle traveling in the left lane to collide into the the rear driver’s side of Diomande’s vehicle.

The other vehicle was driven by Scott Thomas, 32, 615 N. Main Ave.

• Rheda Koerner-Keller, 73, 125 Oldham Ave., was cited for assured clear distance ahead following a three-vehicle collision on Thursday 12:34 p.m.

Koerner-Keller was traveling eastbound on Fair Road when she struck the rear of the vehicle slowing for traffic in front of her driven by Donald Henderson, 61, of Xenia, which was then was pushed into the vehicle that had stopped quickly for traffic in front of him driven by Fredrick Fullerton, 73, of St. Paris.

• Ted Ross, 37, of Piqua, was cited for assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday, March 15, at 2:35 p.m.

Ross was stopped in traffic on state Route 47 at the intersection of Fourth Avenue on a green light and was attempting to turn left onto Fourth Avenue when he struck the rear of the vehicle driven by Stacey Jordan, 41, 5880 State Route 29, Lot 37, that was beginning to turn left but stopped suddenly.

Jordan was transported by Sidney Fire Department to Wilson Health. Her vehicle sustained minor damage to the rear bumper.

Fire, rescue

MONDAY

-7:44 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to the report of an automobile crash on Interstate 75. A crash could not be located.

-5:09 a.m. to 8:46 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to 12 calls. One was for the mutual aid of Anna.

SUNDAY

-6:49 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to the 5000 block of Houston Road for the mutual aid of the Houston Fire Department to remove an automobile from the water.

-10:50 a.m. to 11:19 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to 12 calls.
