-1:32 a.m.: driving under the influence. Donald Strunk, 36, 710 Michigan St., was arrested for OVI and OVI refusal breath with prior DUI.

-12:30 a.m.: warrant. Aaron Ginter, 21, 121 Poplar St., was arrested on an oustanding Mercer County warrant.

MONDAY

-10:27 p.m.: burglary. Walker Mustain, 19, 520 Second Ave., Apt. A, reported someone damaged his Magnavox TV and wooden TV stand.

-9:33 p.m.: criminal simulation. City Carry Out on North Ohio Avenue reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill at the business.

-3:51 p.m.: warrant. William Wion, 51, 726 Oak Ave., was arrested on a Mercer County warrant.

-8:23 a.m.: burglary. Brandon Vestal, 33, 2010 Fair Oaks Drive, reported a burglary and the theft of $1,227; two white gold diamond rings, valued at $1,100; a 70-inch Vizio TV, valued at $1,500; a PlayStation 4; several PlayStation 4 video games; a Sony gaming headset; a Stihl chain saw; a Dewalt cordless drill; and a Norelco razor.

SUNDAY

-7:07 p.m.: theft. Bianca Lambes-Goetze, 26, 433 S. Wilkinson Ave., reported 30 of her child’s Adderall prescription medication pills had been tampered with and stolen from 550 Rauth Ave.

-7:02 p.m.: criminal damaging. Asia Sayre, 20, Piqua, reported someone she knows kicked and damaged her Buick’s car door.

-3:27 p.m.: burglary. Michael Jamieson, 75, Springfield, reported a someone broke into his property at 2255 Michigan St. by breaking the door glass window.

-8:17 a.m.: criminal mischief. Raymond Stewart, 52, 839 Crescent Drive, reported three vehicles’ drivers’ side doors were egged while parked near his residence.

SATURDAY

-11:01 p.m.: criminal damaging. Anna Bowie, 51, 414 S. Main Ave., reported a window at her residence had been damaged.

-5:37 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Jacob Auville, 20, 123 Pike St., was arrested on an indictment warrant.

-4:10 p.m.: criminal damaging. John Burnside, 65, 218 S. Miami Ave., reported someone spray painted their shed at 214 Franklin Ave.

-noon: theft. Julia Walker, 56, 2355 Collins Drive, Apt. F, reported the theft of $350 and an Allterra cellphone at 1226 Garfield Ave.

FRIDAY

-10:06 p.m.: theft. Michele Sowders, 42, 625 St. Marys Road, reported the theft of a 20-inch DK bicycle from the residence.

-4:57 p.m.: criminal damaging. Harry Vonderhuevel, 56, 521 E. North St., reported someone had put water into the gas tank of his vehicle.

-7:48 a.m.: breaking and entering. Ulbrick’s Hometown Bakery on Michigan Street reported an attempted breaking and entering and damage of a dead bolt face plate on a door frame at the business.

April 19

-10:32 a.m.: theft. Michael Jones, 52, 1203 Hamilton Court, reported someone stole his credit card numbers and $235.33.

Crashes

Betty Wagaman, 62, of Versailles, was cited with stop sign after a two-vehicle crash on Saturday at 5:42 p.m.

Wagaman was at the stop sign on Lester Avenue at the Michigan Street intersection when she attempted to turn left onto Michigan Street and was struck on the left side of her vehicle by the westbound vehicle on Michigan Street that was approaching Lester Avenue.

The other vehicle was driven by Elizabeth Schaffner, 41, 555 Gearhart Road.

Wagaman was transported by Sidney Fire to Wilson Health.

• Cheryl Heindel, 36, of Celina, was cited with turn left on a one-way after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 5:27 p.m.

Heindel was traveling southbound on North Ohio Avenue near West North Street when she attempted to turn left onto West North Street from a right through lane and struck the passenger’s side of another southbound vehicle in left through lane on North Ohio Avenue driven by Nancy Ward, 69, 531 N. Miami Ave.

• Scott Warner, 38, of West Salem, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 10:33 a.m.

Warner was traveling westbound on Michigan at Street Stolle Avenue when he struck the rear of the vehicle in front of him that was driven by Brittany Griffis, 30, 528 Rauth St.

TUESDAY

-12:07 to 6:34 a.m..: medical. Crews responded to four calls.

MONDAY

-12:35 p.m.: crash. Firefighters responded to the report of an automobile crash. There were no injuries.

-7:11 a.m. to 11:46 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to 10 calls.

SUNDAY

-2:26 p.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to Norwood Avenue an Johnston Drive on the report of an open burn. Nothing was found.

-11:35 a.m. to 11:05 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to 10 calls.
