MONDAY

-9:05 p.m.: using weapon while intoxicated. Police arrested Christopher Apple, 53, 1136 Hamilton Court, on a charge of using a weapon while intoxicated. Police arrested him after they were called to his residence on a report he had a shotgun and might be suicidal.

-7:12 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A woman reported her 14-year-old daughter did not return home from school.

-3:09 p.m.: theft. Jacqueline Bevans, 219 S. West Ave., reported the theft of three debit cards from her residence.

-9:56 a.m.: falsification. Police charged Bobbi Jo Brandyberry, 30, 490 W. Parkwood St., with making a false police report.

-9:47 a.m.: possession of drugs and criminal tools. Police found a syringe and a heroin capsule in a car at 2190 Fair Road.

SUNDAY

-11:03 p.m.: theft. Amie Baker, 222 N. Pomeroy Ave., reported her daughter’s bicycle, valued at $79.97, was stolen from her front porch overnight. Another bike was stolen about two weeks ago.

-9:02 p.m.: burglary. Drama Bey, 202 S. Brooklyn Ave., reported $1,000 cash was stolen from her residence.

-7:26 p.m.: property found. Keys were found at 828 Tawawa Drive and given to police.

-1:31 p.m.: criminal damaging. Thomas Walton, 224 N. Pomeroy Ave., reported someone dented the hood of his vehicle overnight at his residence. Loss was $250.

-1:25 p.m.: theft. Myrle Wuebker, 1232 Erie Drive, reported an appliance cart, valued at $350, was stolen from 802 Chestnut Ave.

-Noon: criminal damaging and menacing. Randy McKnight, 722 Michigan St., reported a person came into his home uninvited and threatened him. Police arrested James R. Darden IV, 51, 217 N. Highland Ave., on charges of criminal damaging/endangering and menacing.

-9:49 a.m.: theft. James Darden IV, 217 N. Highland Ave., reported sunglasses, valued at $20, and other items were stolen from his unlocked vehicle at 1340 Tully Drive.

SATURDAY

-8:39 p.m.: vehicle trespass and criminal damaging. A vehicle owned by James Abbott, 724 Riverside Drive, was entered at 490 W. Parkwood St. and damaged. Loss was $400.

-8:04 p.m.: theft. Lancson Bertsch, 202 N. Walnut Ave., reported a bicycle, valued at $250, was stolen from his yard.

-4:09 p.m.: warrant. Police arrested Eugene E. Woodruff, 41, 1000 N. Wagner Ave., on a warrant from Darke County.

-12:38 p.m.: criminal damaging. Leah Murphy, 866 S. Main Ave., reported someone damaged the screen in her front door. Loss was $20.

-11:53 a.m.: theft and criminal damaging. Nicole Robinson, 1507 E. Court St., reported someone broke a window out of her vehicle at her residence and stole $300 in cash.

-11:06 a.m.: telephone harassment. Claudia Wick, 405 E. Poplar St., reported someone was threatening her via text messages.

-3:02 a.m.: disorderly conduct. Police were called to the Speedway gas station on Michigan Street on a report that a man was passed out there. Police arrested Kevin J. Jess, 22, 10600 E. Lockington Road, Piqua, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

FRIDAY

-11:29 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Police arrested Casey O. Hughes, 33, 2686 State Route 29 North, on a grand jury indictment for drug trafficking.

-7:21 p.m.: juvenile delinquency. A woman reported her 14-year-old daughter did not return home from school.

-4:07 p.m.: identity theft. Jeffrey Wisler, 1225 E. Hoewisher Road, reported identity theft.

-3:58 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Police arrested Lemone Upkins, 46, at large, on a grand jury indictment for drug trafficking.

-12:30 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Police arrested Curtis Johnson, 51, 410 Sycamore Ave., on a grand jury indictment for drug trafficking.

-12:16 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Police arrested Gordon W. White, 50, 701 Park St., on a grand jury indictment for drug trafficking.

-12:06 p.m.: theft. Allega Jelks, 2365 Collins Drive, reported two cell phones, valued at $760, were stolen from her residence.

-11:43 a.m.: grand jury indictment. Police arrested Rodney Schloss, 29, 729 Wapakoneta Ave., on a grand jury indictment for possession of drugs.

-10:38 a.m.: criminal damaging. The driver’s side door on the auto of Verlin Webber, 18444 Herring Road, was scratched with a key at 1137 Evergreen Drive. Loss was $1,500.

-8:26 a.m.: contempt. Police arrested Zacheary R. Ritter, 29, 123 Pike St., on two warrants from Sidney Municipal Court.

Accidents

An accident occurred Friday at 12:57 p.m.

Kristina Macias, 32, 216 W. South St., was eastbound in the right lane of Michigan Street when a car eastbound in the left lane switched lanes and hit her car. Macias told police the driver of the other auto signaled for her to turn into the Speedway gas station, and when she did, the other car sped away.

• Larry Springer, 65, 303 E. North St., Anna, was cited with failure to yield the right of way after an accident Thursday at 1:24 p.m.

Springer was eastbound on Gleason Street, stopped at Stolle Avenue, and then pulled and collided with a car driven northbound on Stolle by Aaren Bensman, 32, 1230 Pasco-Montra Road.

• Joshua Tuttle, 35, 1001 Fourth Ave., Lot 30, was cited with failure to yield the right of way after an accident Friday at 6:15 p.m.

Tuttle pulled from an alley onto Queen Street into the path of an eastbound auto driven by Jacob R. Grubb, 19, 714 Kathy Ave.

• Clint W. Limbert, 40, 574 Amelia Court, was cited with driving under the influence after an accident Friday at 10:10 p.m.

Limbert dropped a friend off behind 101 N. Walnut Ave. and then drove around the house, avoiding multiple obstacles and driving through grass. When he avoided a tree in front of the house, the car went down a hill and off a concrete wall. The front of the vehicle hit the sidewalk and the rear remained on top of the wall.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-5:32 to 9:24 a.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

MONDAY

-12:01 a.m. to 11:33 p.m.: Medics responded to 11 calls.

-3:30 p.m.: alarm. Firefighters were called to the 500 block of North Miami Avenue by a fire alarm.

-3:43 a.m.: odor. Firefighters were called to 234 W Court St. to investigate an odor.

SUNDAY

-8:39 a.m. to 8:06 p.m.: Medics responded to four calls.

-11:30 a.m.: building damaged. Firefighters were called to the Goodwill store, 417 E. Court St., after a vehicle hit the building. The building sustained structural damage. Firefighters shored up the damaged area.

-11 a.m.: cat rescue. Firefighters were called to 627 St. Marys Ave. to rescue a cat.
