MAPLEWOOD — The Maplewood United Methodist Church, 21544 Maplewood Road, Maplewood, will be having a rummage sale on Saturday, June 17, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All proceeds go the the Jackson Center School Weekend backpack program. Maplewood UMC, along with other area churches, provide a weekend’s worth of food for those children in need of them. The 2016-17 school year was the first year for the program and it was a success. The churches will be dong this again this coming school year.

The rummage sale helps the church raise money for the food that is provided. There are numerous items for sale, including some furniture, a queen headboard, clothes, (adult and children), knick knacks, many more items too numerous to name. The rummage sale will take place rain or shine.
