Catholic Rural Life offers registry to century-plus farm families

SIDNEY — Catholic Rural Life of St. Marys and Sidney Deaneries would like to recognize families who have nurtured the same land for 100 years or more with a Catholic Century Farm Award.

An application and eligibility information is available on the Archdiocesan website at http://www.catholiccincinnati.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/47/2010/10/2017-Application-St-Marys-Sidney-Deaneries-Century-farms.pdf Deadline to register is Friday, March 31. Please send the completed information to Catholic Rural Life, c/o Willard Dahlinghaus, 2711 State Route 364, Minster, Ohio 45865.

The registry is sponsored by Catholic Rural Life of St. Marys and Sidney Deaneries. The organization will honor eligible distinguished families at the Rural-Urban Mass at Doug and Brenda Schmitmeyer’s Farm, 11811 Marshall Road, Versailles, on Thursday, July 27, at 7 p.m. Archbishop Dennis Schnurr will preside.
