MINSTER — The Southwestern Auglaize County Chamber of Commerce has announced plans for the annual Golden Triangle Golf Outing, to be held at Arrowhead Golf Course in Minster on Aug. 5.

Registration opens at noon, with the driving range also opening at that time. A shotgun start will begin at 1 p.m.

The outing will feature several different contests, including two long drive holes, two closest to the pin holes, and a chance to win a new truck from Buckeye Ford-Lincoln in Sidney with a hole in one. There will also be a Sandals vacation hole-in-one opportunity, provided by Global Escapes Tours and Travel.

There are a number of corporate sponsorship opportunities available, including a hole-in-one sponsorship. There are also silver and bronze sponsorships, along with hole sponsorships.

The cost for a team of four is $500, or $300 for members. That includes dinner, cart, greens fees, golfer gift and entry into the door-prize drawing.
