Sidney High’s girls soccer match Saturday against Lima Bath will be the “Kick for the Cure” game to benefit breast cancer research.

Five “select” game balls, two game jerseys and two player packs (socks, headband, mini-ball) will be auctioned off prior to halftime of the game, with all proceeds benefitting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

There will not be a junior varsity game Saturday, and the varsity match between the two schools is set to begin at 11:45 a.m.

The goal is to raise $1,500 for breast cancer research.
