LIMA — The Lehman volleyball team wrapped up another Northwest Central Conference title with a 25-10, 25-20, 25-16 win over Lima Temple Christian Thursday.

The win gave the Lady Cavs a perfect 7-0 record in NWCC play and put their final regular-season mark at 12-10. They will open Arcanum D-IV sectional play at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday against Mississinawa Valley.

In the latest win, Sidney Chapman had 16 kills and seven digs, Lauren Larger had nine kills, Ellie Scott had five kills and Abby Schutt had three blocks.

Alexis Snipes dished out 22 assists and served three aces, and Lauren McFarland had 14 assists and served four aces. Madison Hussey added nine digs.

Minster 3, Parkway 1

MINSTER — Minster ended its regular season at 14-8 on the year and finished 3-6 in the Midwest Athletic Conference with a 3-1 win over Parkway in action Thursday night.

The scores were 25-22, 25-14, 17-25, 25-12.

Jordyn Heitbrink had a big night at the net, pounding out 22 kills. Rosie Westerbeck added 12 and Paige Thobe 10. Thobe was also credited with six block-assists.

Hayley Baumer served up 44 assists.

Paige Purdy led the defense with 24 digs, Sara Ripploh had 21, Baumer 16, Heitbrink 13 and Westerbeck 12.
