Anna FFA Officers run activities at Camp

ANNA — Over the summer, Anna’s FFA Officer Team ran a station at Conservation Day Camp.

The children worked together to do several activities using communication and teamwork. The theme was Minecraft and they did activities based on that theme. The activities included building the tallest tower while members of their team were blindfolded or had their hands tied together.

The kids had to rely on each other to complete these tasks in a certain amount of time and had to work together to keep their tower from falling. The children also learned about the Anna FFA and what the members do as a chapter, as well as how important it is to communicate and work well with people in the real world. Altogether it was a great experience for the children, as well as the FFA Officers.

Macey Huelskamp and Jake Berning, current secretary and student adviser of the Anna FFA Chapter, observe as one group of children attempt to build the tallest tower. These activities were a fun challenge for the children.
