In Sidney Municipal Court Wednesday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Randall C. Leonard, 26, 725 St. Marys Ave., $150 and $143 costs and sentenced to 30 day in jail for disorderly conduct.
• Amy N. Coffey, 18, 106 E. Robinwood St., drug abuse, $1,000 fine ($850 suspended) and $128 costs, 40 days jail, 40 hours community service, counseling; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed, $10 costs; no operator’s license, $75 fine and $111 costs.
• Grant A. Hanlon, 30, 734 S. Main St., driving under the influence (breath), $375 fine and $10 costs, five days jail, Shelby County Intervention Program; driving under the influence, dismissed, $128 costs.
• Joseph G. Corner, 38, 212 Doorley Road, Apt. G, expired license plates, $25 fine and $111 costs.
• Brandi K. York, 23, 761 Crescent Drive, no operator’s license, $25 fine and $111 costs.

In Municipal Court Monday, Goettemoeller fined Daniel P. Sauvie, 35, 141 Gemini Drive, $375, suspended his driver’s license six months, and sentenced him to 15 days in jail for driving under the influence (breath). He also was ordered to attend the Shelby County Intervention Program. A charge of driving under the influence was dismissed with $103 costs imposed. Speeding and seat belt cases were dismissed with $10 costs imposed.
