Sedam Landscaping teamsfinish 1-2 in Newport league

The fall trapshooting league at the Newport Sportsmen Club is in the books, and the Sedam Landscaping teams were the top finishers.

Sedam No. 2 took the 16-yard championship with a 935 score, three more than Sedam No. 1. And in the handicap division, Sedam No. 1 won with an 882 to 874 for Sedam 2.

Sedam 1 members are Rick Ewing, Aaron Guittar, Kirk Robbins, Gary Stockslager and Mel Maggert.

The Sedam 2 team is Dustin Cole, Guittar, Robbins, Ewing and Maggert.

The Dale Meyer Award for the high overall shooter was also presented, and it went to Will Guingrich, who had a 346 for Out West Drive-Thru 1.
