THURSDAY
-6 p.m.: in park after hours. Nikolaus Goedde, 20, 3670 W. Michigan St. was served a summons for being in a park after hours.
-3:40 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Brianna Wilson, 22, 776 Countryside, Building 728, Apt. 3, was issued a summons out of Sidney Municipal Court for disorderly conduct.
-3:27 p.m.: found property. A wheelchair was found at Fourth Avenue and Court Street after it slid off a white pickup truck. No other description of the vehicle was given. It was placed in the property garage.
Accident
Ronald LaPoint, 74, 227 Helen Court, was cited for improper lane change after an accident Thursday at 8:59 a.m.
LaPoint was turning left from a private drive at 125 W. Court St. He then changed lanes, striking another vehicle. The other vehicle was traveling westbound on West Court Street at South West Avenue in the right lane of travel when it struck LaPoint. The driver of the other vehicle was Sean Yeager, 28, 844 Merri Lane.
Fire, rescue
FRIDAY
-6:45 a.m.: Firefighters responded to the 1900 block of Fair Road on a general fire alarm. No problem was found after investigation.
-2:46 to 5:58 a.m.: Medics responded to two calls.
THURSDAY
-4:28 to 10:54 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.
-3:47 p.m.: Crews responded to Knoop-Johnston Road and McCloskey School on a standing corn field fire.
-3:13 p.m.: Firefighters responded to the 400 block of South Stolle for a fire alarm. It had been a false alarm.
