NEW BREMEN — The 2016 Little Miss Bremenfest Pageant will be held Sunday, Aug. 14, at 1:30 p.m. in the James F. Dicke Auditorium at the New Bremen High School. Eighteen girls, entering 1st grade this fall at New Bremen Elementary, will be vying for the title of 2016 Little Miss Bremenfest.
The girls will be judged on poise and personality, dance performance, stage appeal, and a stage question. This year the contest will be emceed by Andrea Huber.
The winner, first, and second runner-up will each receive $50, donated by OCCL-Tender Loving Care. All three will receive a crown from Hudson Jewelers, award plaque, flowers from Abloom, and a sash.
The contestants vying for the 2016 crown are the following:
Sophia Tangeman, daughter of Mark and Stacy Tangeman; MariAna Muether, daughter of David and Kelli Muether; Kara Suchland, daughter of Bruce and Dianne Suchland; Aniya Pressley, daughter of Chris and Stacey Pressley; Adelyn Sunderhaus, daughter of Cory and Angie Sunderhaus; Alayna Pape, daughter of Pete and Kacie Pape; Adelle Bretz, daughter of Greg and Beth Bretz; Norah Grillot, daughter of Troy and Amy Grillot; Ava Wente, daughter of Chuck and Kendra Wente; Ella McCollum, daughter of Jay and Amanda McCollum; Josie Albers, daughter of Kurt and Christine Albers; Brooke Craft, daughter of Brad and Shannon Craft; Avery Dicke, daughter of Jason and Michelle Dicke; Lilly Homan, daughter of Ron and Kim Homan; Charlotte Nelson, daughter of Craig and Kristen Nelson; Ava Winget, daughter of Greg and Tracy Winget; Lily Hemmelgarn, daughter of Steve and Paula Hemmelgarn; Ashtyn Eilerman, daughter of AJ and Jenny Eilerman.
