Three Lehman golfersnamed all-conference

The Lehman High School golf team was well-represented on the All-Northwest Central Conference team, announced after the recent league tournament.

Two Cavaliers were name to the first team in Tyler Lachey and Cole Gilardi. And teammate Ryan Schmidt was named to the second team. Lachey was the runner-up in the league tournament with a 78, just one stroke behind the medalist.

Riverside’s Trey Lane was named to the second team.

Logan Dray of Lima Perry was the Player of the Year and Mike Whitman, coach of league champion Lima Temple Christian, was named the Coach of the Year.

Lehman finished second in the overall standings and second in the league tournament. Lima Temple was first in both.

Final league standings — 1. Lima Temple Christian, 2. Lehman, 3. Waynesfield, 4. (tie) Ridgemont, Riverside, 6. Upper Scioto Valley, 7. Lima Perry.
