MONDAY

-9:59 p.m.: assault. Police are investigating and alleged assault.

-7:54 p.m.: criminal damaging. Robert S. Fleming III, 56, 219 S. Miami Ave., reported a fuel line on his motorized bicycle was damaged.

-7:31 p.m.: theft. Stephen Andrew Pebler, 39, 824 Third Ave., was served a summons for theft after FISH Thrift Store on Michigan Street reported the theft of an Emerson flat screen TV, valued at $100. The TV was later recovered.

-5:20 p.m.: theft. Monica Fofana, 39, 936 Buckeye Ave., Unit 232, reported someone took her clothing from a washing machine at The Wash House laundry mat on East Court Street when she was away from the building. The clothing is valued at $300. Police are working to obtain video of the area where the washer is located.

-5:11 p.m.: criminal damaging. Police are investigating the report made by Daniel B. Crusey, 52, 621 S. Miami Ave., that a backdoor frame to his residence was damaged; loss is set at $50.

-4:47 p.m.: warrant. Donald Skeens, 44, 5156 Fraizer Guy Road, was arrested on a warrant.

-3:06 p.m.: violate protection order. Police are investigating a possible violation of a temporary protection order.

-12:27 p.m.: inducing panic. Johnny M. Chiles, 52, 730 N. Ohio Ave., was arrested for inducing panic and using a weapon while intoxicated.

-5:40 a.m.: warrant. Joseph R. Hiestand, 25, 236 Jefferson St., Apt. 8, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

SUNDAY

-2:12 p.m.: theft. Sidney Food Mart on Michigan Street reported someone known left the business without paying for a Reese’s candy bar.

-5:31 a.m.: burglary. Jesse Allen White, 29, 320 Franklin Ave., reported a burglary in which the entry door’s glass and framing to his residence were damaged. Damage is set at a total of $80.

-2:25 a.m.: driving under the influence. Christopher Alan Brown, 29, of Cincinnati, was arrested for OVI.

-12:34 a.m.: OVI. Aaron M. Knepper, 46, 856 Merri Lane, was arrested for OVI.

SATURDAY

-5:52 p.m.: OVI. David L. Gentry, 44, of Dayton, was arrested for OVI and endangering children, and Brandi B. Shaffer, 37, of Dayton, was arrested for domestic violence.

-1:02 a.m.: driving under OVI suspension. Jessica A. Britton, 45, 123 W. Water St., was arrested for driving under OVI suspension.

FRIDAY

-6:51 p.m.: theft. Amber N. Bostick, 34, 120 Piper St., reported the theft of a Sony PlayStation 4, valued at $400, two Sony controllers, valued at $80 and 14 games, valued at $519, from her residence. All items were later recovered.

-3:41 p.m.: lost property. Joel D. Supinger, 28, of Houston, reported he lost his brown fossil wallet containing a several debit/credit cards at Walmart on Michigan Street.

-2:47 p.m.: warrant. Mariah Glover, 20, at large, was arrested on a warrant.

-12:15 p.m.: aggravated robbery. Chad A. Castle, 33, 2626 Terryhawk Drive, reported his was robbed of $100 in cash at his residence.

-8:34 a.m.: warrant. Tyler McKinney, 23, of Miamisburg, was arrested on a warrant.

Feb. 20

-3:45 p.m.: assault. A 16-year-old was charged with assault.

Crashes

Jason Payne, 38, of Dayton, was cited for improper backing following a crash on Monday at 2:32 p.m.

Payne stopped facing the north in the left lane at the red light on Vandemark Road at Campbell Road. He told police he noticed a semitrailer wanted to turn onto Vandemark Road from Campbell Road, so he backed up in an attempt to give the truck more room for the turn. He told police he didn’t know the vehicle driven by Darlene Maxwell, 72, of Jackson Center, was behind him and he struck her vehicle.

• Laura Brady, 17, of Sidney, was cited with starting and backing after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 10:07 p.m.

Brady was backing out of the driveway of 448 E. Edgewood Drive when she struck the driver’s side of a vehicle legally parked on the south side of East Edgewood Drive facing the east that is owned by Curtis Oltman, 537 W. Hoewisher Road.

• Rachel Long, 29. 150 Northwood Drive, Unit 214, was cited with right of way turning left after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 7:12 p.m.

Long was facing the east on Michigan Street in the intersection of the northbound on-ramp of Interstate 75 when she attempted to turn left, as the light turned yellow, and she turned in front of and was struck by a westbound vehicle on Michigan Street on the front right side on her vehicle. The collision forced Long’s vehicle partially onto the curb at the northwest corner of the intersection.

The other vehicle was driven by Coleman Daniels, 31, 412 E. South St., whom was cited for no license.

-3:05 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to one call.

-9:24 p.m.: search. Crews responded to the 900 block of South Main Avenue to search for a juvenile after an alleged suicide threat over Snapchat to a family member. Crews searched Stolle Bridge by Custenborder Field and at Roadside Park. The report was a false alarm and the juvenile was charged with being unruly after she was later located via her cellphone at the Senior Center of Sidney Shelby.

-7:49 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Firefighters conducted a carbon monoxide investigation at 379 West Russell Road.

-6:18 a.m.: fire call. Crews responded to an activated smoke detector, which was set off by accident.

-12:18 a.m. to 10:07 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls.

SUNDAY

-5:42 p.m.: mutual aid. Crews responded for the mutual aid of Port Jefferson on a report of a child in a creek.

-2:12 p.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to a fire alarm.

-2:56 a.m. to 11:19 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 11 calls.

SATURDAY

-4:44 p.m.: service call. Firefighters responded for a service call.

-1:10 a.m.: standby. Medics responded to standby for a police matter.

-12:11 a.m. to 10:34 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to six calls.

-8:19 p.m.: open burn. Firefighters conducted an open burn investigation at 834 Third Ave.

-7:17 p.m.: crash. Crews responded to an automobile crash.
