Jill Catanzarite, of Sidney, describes the inspiration she had to decorate a golf cart that she will drive in a golf cart rally on Wednesday, Aug. 9. The rally will be held at 5 pm. on Saturday, Aug 12. The golf cart rally is part of the Sidney Alive event “Paddles, Pedals, & Pints.” Catanzarite decorated the golf cart as a tribute to when Sidney was declared an All American City in 1964.
