SIDNEY – The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of September 2023. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:

Kayajha A. Tobias, 21, of Lima, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

John M. Trowbridge, 33, of North Vernon, Indiana, was charged with driving in marked lanes, $130 fine.

Brian M. Curtner, 38, of Sidney, was charged with driving under restrictions and contempt – dismissed, $220 fine.

Kenny L. Demarcus, 28, of Shelby, was charged with driving under suspension and lights on parked/stopped vehicles, $363 fine.

Keith Antonio Gholson, Jr., 39, of Trotwood, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.

Salgado Gabriel Escalera Salgado, 36, of Sidney, was charged with no operator license, $161 fine.

Rudy Tanner, 46, of Decatur, Alabama, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.

Makenzie Brooklyn Louthian, 22, of Miamisburg, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Keith Lowell Fank, 57, of Covington, Louisiana, was charged with no operator license and speeding, $155 fine.

Mia Rae Conn, 26, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Ashlynn Ranae Roberts Engley, 21, of Piqua, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Frank Preston Setters, Jr., 26, of Greenville, was charged with assured clear distance, $130 fine.

Jace Robert Conrad, 22, of Sidney, was charged with failure to reinstate license and contempt, $161 fine.

Tray E. Taylor, 37, of Sidney, was charged with right of way when turning left, $136 fine.

Amber N. McKinley, 45, of Kenton, was charged with no operator license and reasonable control, $186 fine.

Travis W. Brown, 39, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Willetta C. Williams, 34, of Toledo, was charged with driving under restrictions, $238 fine.
