Crashes
Ashtin Mikahla Boroff, 29, of Mill Creek, Indiana, was cited with right of way at a stop sign after the State Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash on Dec. 4 at 5:27 p.m.
Boroff was traveling southbound on Kuther Road and Jacob Michael Cook, 27, of Houston, was traveling westbound on Mason Road. Boroff failed to yield at the stop sign at the intersection and was struck by Cook. The vehicle Boroff was driving was towed by Elmer’s Towing.
• Abigale N. Ebert, 16, of St. Paris, was cited with right of way at a stop sign after the State Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash on Dec. 3 at 10:50 a.m.
Ebert was stopped at the stop sign on Kuther Road at the intersection of Millcreek Road. James D. Bennett, 69, of Houston, was traveling eastbound on Millcreek Road. Ebert pulled out in front of Bennett, causing a collision.
Ebert had suspected minor injuries but was not taken to a medical facility by an EMS agency. Ebert’s passenger and Bennett’s passenger were taken by Sidney EMS to Wilson Health with suspected minor injuries. The vehicle Ebert was driving was towed by Wrecker’s Towing and Bennett’s vehicle was towed by Meyer’s Towing.
