SIDNEY — The Shelby County Highway Department has started a concrete box culvert replacement project on Fessler-Buxton Road. The project began June 3 and will take approximately one month to complete.
According to County Engineer Bob Geuy, Fessler-Buxton Road will be closed to all traffic between Darke-Shelby Road and Miller Road.
