SIDNEY — The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of July 2024. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:
Matthew P. Hull, 43, of Lima, was charged with turn and stop signals, $130 fine.
Rodene Vil, 28, of Springfield, was charged with lighted lights required, $255 fine.
Steven J. Elgowsky, 23, of Burlington, Kentucky, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.
Nathaniel Corey Bowen, 33, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.
Nicholas David Sprunger, 29, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was charged with assured clear distance, $130 fine.
Sountina Blanc, 36, of Greenwood, Indiana, was charged with assured clear distance, $130 fine.
Emily Breann Sauers, 23, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Errol Guy, 68, of Miami, Florida, was charged with operate unsafe vehicle, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.
Haitham M. El-Hefnawy, 44, of Lima, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.
Isaish Wallace Chatman, 23, of Albion, Michigan, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Skylar Madison Brown, 28, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Natalie M. Harris, 37, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension from prior DUI – dismissed, $111 fine.
Brett N. Yordy, 24, of Vinton, Louisiana, was charged with speeding, $255 fine.
Katherine Rogers Warwick, 26, of Covington, Kentucky, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.
Johnny Lee Davis, III, 53, of Dayton, was charged with driving under suspension/restrictions, speeding, and contempt, $157 fine.
Evaristo Bartolon Robledo, 42, of Atlanta, Georgia, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Sharon J. Munson, 69, of Sidney, was charged with lights on parked/stopped vehicle, $261 fine.
Jalen M. Young, 29, of Troy, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Tyler David McCarty, 31, of Wilmington, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Ronald Satterwhite, 32, of Sidney, was charged with no operator license, $186 fine.
Richard L. Penny, 63, of Sidney, was charged with operating without reasonable control, $136 fine.
Rex Wright, 24, of Sidney, was charged with no operator license, $211 fine.
Donald L. King, Jr., 46, of Piqua, was charged with passing of vehicles to left, $136 fine.
Tanisha Sims, 37, of Sidney, was charged with failure to reinstate license, $211 fine.

Madisyn Nicole Allen, 23, of Piqua, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
