SIDNEY — The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of July 2024. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:
Aquandralyn Valencia Bajric, 36, of Livonia, Michigan, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.
Kennedy Grace Kelley, 20, of Washington Court House, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.
Hans Z. Kaier, 30, of Livonia, Michigan, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.
Samuel Camacho-Soto, 22, of Sturgis, Michigan, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.
Maurice E. Nwakobi, 66, of Schaumburg, Illinois, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.
Zauri Kirkitashvili, 30, of Riverside, New Jersey, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.
Amy Kristine Mione, 54, of Dayton, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.
Lance M. Cope, 38, of Saginaw, Michigan, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Zainab Z. Abdul Kareem, 28, of Utica, Michigan, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.
Katasha Lorraine Leggett, 37, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.
Latonya D. Leggett, 32, of Jackson, Mississippi, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.
Aiden Anthony Matthews, 18, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.
Jessica Kuenzi, of Anna, was charged with parking unlicensed vehicle on public street – dismissed, $76 fine.
Jason M. King, 46, of Nitro, West Virginia, was charged with driving in marked lanes, $130 fine.
Tiffany Guynes, 34, of Toledo, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.
Jessica Alrahadneh, 44, of Hudson, Michigan, was charged with driving in marked lanes, $130 fine.
Foster O. Owusu, 33, of Newark, New Jersey, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $286 fine.
Cynthia A. Kaufmann, 54, of Bellefontaine, was charged with right of way/stop/yield signs, $130 fine.
Austyn Michael Shay Jones, 21, of Lima, was charged with driving in marked lanes, $130 fine.
Felicia Brave, 31, of Botkins, was charged with no operator license and obeying traffic control devices, $230 fine.
Amanda D. Stout, 43, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $125 fine.
