On Saturday, Aug. 24, the class of 1974 from Anna High School held its 50th class reunion at the Parish Activity Center in McCartyville. From a class of 69, 13 were honored with votive candles and obituaries along with their photo. Twenty-six classmates plus their spouses and guests joined in an evening of socialization and a meal prepared by the reunion committee. Four former teachers of the senior class of 1974 making for a fun evening of reminiscing and story telling. The teachers who were able to attend were: Coach Robert Anderson, coach Richard Ansley, band director Paul Workman and English teacher and drama director Larry Gratz. All four teachers attended with the company of their wives. Music was provided by classmate Jim Billing.
