SIDNEY – The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of August 2024. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:
James H. Daniel, 84, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $125 fine.
Matthew Todd Hurles, 29, of Sidney, was charged with right of way when turning left, $136 fine.
Benjamin Lee Carr, 24, of Millbury, was charged with issuance of special permits, $130 fine.
Brandon C. Hanh, 21, of Perrysburg, was charged with issuance of special permits, $130 fine.
David Jospeh Grathwohl, 33, of Cincinnati, was charged with speeding, $255 fine.
Justin Dean Yant, 24,of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Carter Johnson Young, 18, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $181 fine.
William F. Alexander, 39, of Sidney, was charged with assured clear distance, $130 fine.
Yvette R. Gilliespie, 57, of Ferndale, Michigan, was charged with failure to file registration, $136 fine.
Emma Tittle, of Sidney, was charged with prohibited parking places, $76 fine.
Rebekah R. Gordon, 31, of Sidney, was charged with prohibited parking places, $76 fine.
Kennedy Glover, of Sidney, was charged with parking unlicensed vehicle on public street, $76 fine.
Joseph T. Gates, 33, of Piqua, was charged with seat belt violation – driver, $116 fine.
Jack Llewellyn Jisa, 47, of Amherst, was charged with assured clear distance, $130 fine.
Brice Grinstead, 24, of Sidney, was charged with no operator license, $161 fine.
Troy William Kies, 58, of Anna, was charged with seat belt violation – driver, $116 fine.
