The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has released the report of the ATV crash on Sept. 1.

According to the report, officers were called out to a property on Scott Road around 8 p.m. for an accident with injuries.

The officer was directed toward the woods on the property and found Bonnie Ihle-Morse, 55, of Sidney, conscious and breathing, on the ground. She had no bleeding or lacerations but had complaints of severe pain in her left leg, left arm, abdomen and left side of her neck.

When asked how the accident occurred, Ihle-Morse couldn’t recall exactly but believed she hit a root or stump which caused the ATV to roll and eject her from the vehicle. She was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.

Ihle-Morse was suspected of having internal bleeding and possible broken ribs. She was transported to Miami Valley Hospital.
