Picking up $2,500 worth of food at Sidney Food Town on Wednesday are Kiwanis Club of Sidney representatives, left to right, Julie Romaker, Rick Lunsford, Bob Anthony and Jake Romaker. The Kiwanis Club of Sidney members drove the food to FISH, The Salvation Army, and the Alpha Community Center. Over 1800 food items were collected. Food items included mac and cheese, spaghetti, peanut butter and canned peaches. The food was sold by Sidney Food Town at a discount. The annual food distribution was started in 2007.
